If you think you have tasted all there is to taste of mainland Chinese cooking, think again! Come to The Hutong to learn the art of chopping, marinating and stir frying. Each week we have a class based on a different Chinese regional cuisine. Taiwanese, Hunan, Sichuan or Guizhou influences are all on the map! The hands on cooking class is structured with practical, easy to follow techniques.
